ARNOLD is a skilled and results-driven lawyer with a strong foundation in corporate and commercial law, Conveyancing, Litigation, Intellectual Property Law and Labour Laws. He brings with him a solid understanding of legal research, contract drafting, and advisory work, coupled with practical experience in litigation support and compliance matters. Arnold has participated in several legal assignments including contract drafting and review, business registration, and legal opinion writing. He has also assisted in litigation preparation such as, Case analysis, framing of issues, and preparation of court documents.
Prior to joining HECON Associates, Arnold has worked with various law firms, where he gained hands-on experience in corporate legal practice and case analysis. He also worked with the Judiciary of Tanzania, specifically the Resident Magistrate Courts’ at Kisutu, where he was involved in drafting criminal documents and providing legal opinions.
